The employer, whether resident or non-resident fiscal in France, is required to comply with social declaration procedures under Article L243-1 of the French Social Security Code when they want to keep foreign employees on their payroll during their stay in France. The employer chooses the appropriate declaration method. They can use the specific teleservice provided by URSSAF: 'Title Particular Employer Foreign'. If requested by the administration, the employer must provide justification for the declarations of the employees they hired during their stay. For each employee: family name(s), given name(s), sex, nationality, employment position and hours worked, monthly or annually. Information about the obligations of social declaration for the employer: identity, travel documents, contact details, ministry of interior's general direction of foreigners in France. Annex: list of employees with their family names, given names, sex, nationality, employment position and hours worked, monthly or annually, date of conclusion of contract with the French employer, employment type, monthly salary before benefits, housing and other benefits if applicable, and contact details for the general direction of foreigners in France
