Form 15 (Letter of indemnity)

This document is a letter of indemnity issued under Rule 15 of Government Savings Promotion Rules, 2018. The parties involved are the heirs (Name of legal heirs) and sureties, the Postmaster, and the estate of the deceased (name of the subscriber). In consideration of the payment made by the Postmaster to the heirs without production of certain certificates or letters, the heirs and sureties have agreed to indemnify the Postmaster against any claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, charges, and expenses that may arise from this transaction. Signed and delivered in the presence of witnesses and a Notary Public.
