[Form No. 10AC] This form is used for registration or provisional registration or approval or provisional approval under various sections of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Required details include: Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the applicant, name and address, document identification number, application number, registration/approval number or provisional registration/approval number, section/sub-section/clause/sub-clause/proviso, date of registration/approval/provisional registration/provisional approval, assessment year(s), and conditions subject to which registration/approval/provisional registration/provisional approval is being granted. The order for granting registration or approval or provisional registration or provisional approval states that the applicant's activities will be separately assessed as per Income Tax Act, 1961. The order is subject to withdrawal if the activities are found not genuine or carried out in accordance with all conditions, or if the applicant has obtained it by fraud or misrepresentation of facts or violated any condition prescribed in the Income Tax Act.
