[Form No. 3CEAB] This form is used by a designated constituent entity of an international group for Intimation under sub-section (4) of section 92D of the Income-tax Act, 1961. The entity provides details such as name, address, permanent account number, name of international group, name and address of parent entity, country of residence of parent entity, accounting year, and declaration by I, son/daughter/wife of Shri, regarding furnishing information in their capacity and competency to do so. The words ‘resident in India’ for the parent entity have been omitted by Income-tax (Ninth Amendment) Rules, 2021, effective from 1st April 2021.
