Form 15230-B (Rev. 10-2020) is a continuing service agreement for participants of the Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program (SESCDP) at the Internal Revenue Service. The participant agrees to serve in the federal service for a period equivalent to at least three times the length of their participation in the program, which lasts one to two years. They are required to repay training costs if they leave before completing the agreement. If terminated for cause, they must repay the full cost. Extenuating circumstances may allow for reconsideration or waiver of payment recovery. The period of obligated service starts with the Executive Development (XD) training and ends with SES certification.
