This document provides instructions for obtaining a Committed to Education license plate in Arkansas. Eligible vehicles include passenger cars, certain trucks, and trucks used for private transportation only. Applicants can obtain the plate by mail or in person at designated Revenue Offices. Replacement of a lost or mutilated plate requires visiting a Revenue Office where plates are available. There are additional fees of $25 for the Committed to Education Fund and $10 for handling and administrative costs annually. Applicants can choose between two options: replacing their current plate with a Committed to Education plate, keeping the same expiration date but not getting a full year's benefit of additional fees, or paying the normal full-year registration fee and starting the Committed to Education plate with a full year's registration, receiving the full benefit of additional fees.
