Notice to Owner Regarding Abandoned Vehicle, All Terrain Vehicle (ATV), Vessel, Watercraft, Outboard Motor and/or Trailer

This document is a notice from the Missouri Department of Revenue to a landowner regarding abandoned property on their real estate. The owner must give at least 30 days' notice by certified mail to the last known owner or lienholder before applying for title. The abandoned property information includes year, make, vehicle identification number, location, description, and retail or fair market value. Required documents include an application for Missouri title and license (Form 108) or watercraft title and registration (Form 93), general affidavit (Form 768), and inspection form (Form 551 or Form 798). The notice must be accompanied by certified mail receipts, the 30-day notice sent by certified mail, and appropriate fees.
