Application for Salvage Title or Junking Certificate for an Unclaimed Motor Vehicle - Salvage Pools or Salvage Dealer and Dismantler

According to Missouri state law, salvage pools or dealers and dismantlers who acquire vehicles at the request of insurers that do not purchase them through the claims adjustment process must apply for a salvage title or junking certificate if the vehicle remains unclaimed on their premises for over 45 days.
