Application for Fleet Registration

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: A fleet must have 50 or more vehicles, be based in Oregon, and primarily operate intrastate. All vehicles must be titled under the same company or subsidiary. Registration is for passenger vehicles, buses, trailers, and certain trucks. Emissions tests are required unless exempt. [REGISTRATION REQUIREments: Vehicles in DEQ boundaries need emissions testing; standard fees apply. Service fee for first registration, $3, renewal, $2. Fleet operator responsible for all fees until notice of withdrawal. [EXPIRATION PERIOD: Fleet vehicles can retain current expiration month and will have the same month. A list of included vehicles with plate number, year, make, VIN, address is required. [APPLICATION REQUIREments: One mailing address for notices.
